Founded by Özgürol Öztürk, who was co-founder of Xedzone and an academic at Galatasaray University, UXtoknow was born out of a vision to bridge the gap between user needs and product excellence. With an expertise spanning decades, our team recognized the transformative potential of UX research in shaping the future of digital experiences.
Experienced Leadership
Hi, I’m Özgürol Öztürk, and my journey started at Galatasaray University, where I was part of a pioneering team in the realm of usability and user experience in Turkey during the early 2000s. Engaging in numerous academic research projects, securing grants, and clinching the esteemed Best Paper award at HCII in 2011 for 'Design, Usability, and User Experience,' I've endeavored to channel my fervor for research and exploration into industry projects.That is why I was one of the co-founders at Xedzone; the leading user experience research company in Turkiye
Following the company’s transformation, we decided to uphold our journey with the same excitement and with a young and hard-working team unified under the roof of UXtoknow.
